These photo's are from around about 20 years ago from various venues including the Weymouth Weekenders, Dorking Halls, King's Road, Brighton, Pompey, the 'Quickie' (Quick Service Cafe) in Guildford and the Guildford Rock 'n' Roll club up the 'Mount' amongst others.
Old Guildfordians will remember the Star pub which was the Rock 'n' Roll venue before moving to the Mount behind the Quickie on the road out to Godalming, then on to the Wooden Bridge pub on the A3.
They're in no particular order and were scanned from original old style photo's but note the very young looking Jets, Crazy Cavan & the Rhythm Rockers, Wee Willie Harris, Freddie Fingers Lee, Janis Martin, Wild Bob Burgos, Class of '59, The Rapiers & Red Hot (now Lucas & the Dynamos) amongst others who's names escape me. I'm sure I'll be told who they are in the future.
